Zanjabil-qo'ng'iroq qalampiri sabzavotli retsepti bilan mukammal tovuq ko'kragi rasm va oddiy bosqichma-bosqich ko'rsatmalar bilan.

  • 500 g tovuq go'shti filetosi

  • 1 dona Yashil qalampir
  • 4 dona Bahor piyoz
  • 1 dona Zanjabil taxminan. 10 sm
  • 100 g Konservalangan quritilgan bambuk asirlari
  • 4 osh qoshiq kunjut yog'i
