Surat va oddiy bosqichma-bosqich ko'rsatmalar bilan mukammal jo'xori yogurtli non retsepti.

  • 675 g bug'doy uni
  • 225 g jo'xori uni
  • 3 osh qoshiq Pishirish kukuni, qoplangan
  • 1,5 osh qoshiq pishirish soda
  • 30 g Shakar
  • 1,5 choy qoshiq tuz
  • 600 g tabiiy yogurt
  • 2 ta tuxum
  1. Yogurtni idishga soling, 2 ta tuxum qo'shing va hamma narsani yaxshilab aralashtiring. Un, jo'xori bo'laklari, pishirish kukuni, soda, shakar va tuzni boshqa katta idishga soling va yaxshilab aralashtiring.
  2. Now add the yoghurt to the flour mixture and knead everything very well to form a smooth dough. Now either form a loaf from it or – like me – form two small loaves and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. Now bake the bread in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 30 – 40 minutes on the middle rack and don’t forget to put a bowl of hot water in the oven – because of the surge.
