Ingredients

  • 700 g Blackberries
  • Sugar as needed
  • 6 sheet Gelatin white
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 1 packet Custard powder
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • Mint

Instructions

  • Soak gelatine in cold water
  • In a saucepan, bring the blackberries to the boil with sugar and a small dash of water. Then puree and strain through a sieve ... it should make 500 ml blackberry purée.
  • Squeeze out the gelatine and dissolve it in the warm blackberry purée. Pour the puree into glasses and chill. I put the glasses at an angle on egg cartons ... it just looks nice ...... but everyone can do that as they want.
  • In the meantime, make the pudding according to the instructions on the packet and let it cool down a bit, then pour it into the glasses and chill again.
  • Garnish with the mint before serving and then just let it taste ...
