Ingredients
- 700 g Blackberries
- Sugar as needed
- 6 sheet Gelatin white
- 500 ml Milk
- 1 packet Custard powder
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- Mint
Instructions
- Soak gelatine in cold water
- In a saucepan, bring the blackberries to the boil with sugar and a small dash of water. Then puree and strain through a sieve ... it should make 500 ml blackberry purée.
- Squeeze out the gelatine and dissolve it in the warm blackberry purée. Pour the puree into glasses and chill. I put the glasses at an angle on egg cartons ... it just looks nice ...... but everyone can do that as they want.
- In the meantime, make the pudding according to the instructions on the packet and let it cool down a bit, then pour it into the glasses and chill again.
- Garnish with the mint before serving and then just let it taste ...
