Vanilla Crescents

  • 180 g Flour
  • 70 g Ground almonds
  • 125 g Butter
  • 50 g Sugar

also

  • 30 g Sugar
  • 3 packet Vanilla sugar
  1. For the dough, knead all the ingredients together well and leave for 1 hour. Let rest in the fridge.
  2. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C circulating air.
  3. Roll the dough in portions into approx. 1 cm thick rolls and cut into approx. 5 cm long pieces. The pieces are then pointed at the ends and form croissants.
  4. Place the croissants on a baking tray lined with baking paper with a little space between them and bake at 175 ° C for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Roll the still hot croissants in vanilla sugar (this can also be mixed with powdered sugar).
  5. Store the finished and cooled vanilla crescents in a sealable can.
