Vanilla curd with fruit
Fruit - compote
- 2 Apples to taste (leftovers)
- 3 Pears to taste (leftovers)
- 3 Water
- 1,5 Sachets Vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Food starch
Vanilla curd
- 250 g Quark
- 2 tbsp Agave syrup
- 0,5 tsp Homemade vanilla paste
- 50 ml Cream
Instructions
Fruit - compote
- Wash apples & pears, pat dry and then peel and cut into pieces. Put both types in a saucepan. Put some water in another pot. Then add vanilla sugar, lemon juice and the cornstarch. Mix and pour into the pot with the fruit pieces.
- Here the whole thing is mixed together, turned down and simmered for about 10 minutes.
Vanilla curd
- Put the quark in a small bowl. Add agave syrup, homemade vanilla paste and stir. Pour in the cream in a tall container and whisk until stiff with the magic wand. Then add to the vanilla quark and fold in.
