Ingredients
 

  • 1 Slice (200g) Veal liver
  • 5 tablespoon Flour (double handle)
  • Butter for frying
  • 1 Piece Apple as desired
  • 1 stem Parsley
  • 1 toe Garlic clove peeled and bumped
  • Thyme either fresh or dried at will
  • 1 whole Onion in thin rings

Instructions
 

  • I need: 1 pan, slicer, flour in a plate.
