  • 1 Slice (200g) Veal liver
  • 5 tablespoon Flour (double handle)
  • Butter for frying
  • 1 Piece Apple as desired
  • 1 stem Parsley
  • 1 toe Garlic clove peeled and bumped
  • Thyme either fresh or dried at will
  • 1 whole Onion in thin rings

  • I need: 1 pan, slicer, flour in a plate.
  • Cut the apple into 1 cm thick rings and cut out the core. Melt some sugar in the pan, add the butter, let it melt. Put in apple rings, brown lightly on both sides. Then fry the onion rings, then set aside. Pat the liver dry, turn in flour, add some more butter to the pan, add the liver and slowly fry on both sides,
  • Shortly before it is done, put the pressed garlic clove in the butter, sprinkle with the thyme and always pour the foaming butter over it. Briefly heat the apple slices again, then fry the parsley briefly. ready, serve. If you like, add a little salt on top. Good Appetite
