  • Now mix the ingredients and knead a smooth dough, which you put in the fridge for a few hours. Then form small croissants from the mass and put them in the oven at 190 degrees for about 10 minutes. You can sprinkle the icing sugar over the cooled cookies.
  • Coconut macaroons: The recipe includes 70 milliliters of oat milk, 200 grams of powdered sugar, 200 grams of grated coconut, and a pinch of baking powder. Mix the oat milk with the powdered sugar until dissolved.
  • Now mix the coconut flakes with the baking powder and add them. With the help of two teaspoons, you can now form small macaroons from the mixture and place them on a baking sheet. Then put the tray in the oven at 160 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  • Banana-Oat-Cookies: You only need 2 ingredients for these delicious cookies: 3 ripe bananas and 200 grams of rolled oats. Start by mashing the bananas with a fork.
  • Add the oatmeal and stir the mixture. Now you can form individual small balls with your hand and flatten them on a baking sheet. The cookies need about 20 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven.
