Vegan from Wok: Seitan Rice
The perfect vegan from wok: seitan rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
In the 1st wok
- 2 cups Rice
with
- 4 cups Cook the vegetable stock
In the 2nd wok
- 1 good Dash of peanut oil
- 1 cut Onion
- 1 cut Leek
- 200 g Sliced seitan
- 1 tbsp Vegetable salt *
1. Wok
- Pour the cooked rice through a sieve and set aside.
2. Wok
- Brown the onions in hot peanut oil, add the seitan and toss well.
- Put the rice in the meat and toss everything well.
- Season the whole thing with the vegetable salt and serve as a side dish.
