Vegan Rice Pudding with Raspberries

  • 1 pack Uncle Ben’s Express Classic Rice Pudding
  • 140 ml Oat milk (or other plant-based milk)
  • 50 g Pecans
  • 250 g Fresh raspberries
  • Agave syrup at will
  • A few leaves of mint or lemon balm to garnish


  • Prepare Uncle Ben’s Express Classic Rice Pudding with oat milk according to the instructions on the package. Roughly chop the nuts.
  • Then fill the glasses with a layer of rice pudding. Spread some raspberries, some nuts and some agave syrup on top.
  • Now put another layer of rice pudding on top and then spread the raspberries, nuts and agave syrup again. Now finish everything with a last layer of rice pudding and garnish with some raspberries, nuts and mint. Drizzle everything with a little agave syrup.
  • Tip 4: Strawberries, blackberries or blueberries can also be used for this.
