Ingredients
 

  • 4 Carrots
  • 1 small Fennel bulb
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 0,5 Chinese cabbage fresh
  • 1 shot Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Homemade vegetable broth
  • Possibly salt
  • Possibly pepper
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Peel the carrots with a peeler and slice them into small pieces. Chop the fennel bulb into small pieces. Halve the onion and cut into small pieces. And cut the Chinese cabbage thinly.
  • Brown the chopped carrots in the oil, add the onions and the chopped fennel and continue to swirl, finally add the Chinese cabbage and let everything stew well.
