- 4 Carrots
- 1 small Fennel bulb
- 1 medium Onion
- 0,5 Chinese cabbage fresh
- 1 shot Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Homemade vegetable broth
- Possibly salt
- Possibly pepper
- 1 cup Water
Instructions
- Peel the carrots with a peeler and slice them into small pieces. Chop the fennel bulb into small pieces. Halve the onion and cut into small pieces. And cut the Chinese cabbage thinly.
- Brown the chopped carrots in the oil, add the onions and the chopped fennel and continue to swirl, finally add the Chinese cabbage and let everything stew well.
