  • 2 piece Chopped onions
  • 800 g Beef soup
  • 1 piece Marrow bone
  • 1 bunch Chopped parsley
  • Parsley stalks from the bunch
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 2 teaspoon Dried lovage
  • 2 teaspoon Dried savory
  • 2 liter Water

  • Put the soup meat and bone in a soup pot. Clean the vegetables from the soup greens, rinse and cut into small pieces. Chop the parsley stalks from the fresh parsley.
  • Add half of the soup greens, onions and parsley stalks to the meat. Pour in water, salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle in the herbs except parsley.
  • Bring everything to the boil once and then let it simmer on the lowest setting from the stove with the lid closed for 1.5 hours.
  • Now remove the meat and the bone from the broth. Add the rest of the soup greens and the potatoes, peeled, rinsed and sliced, to the soup. Let everything simmer for another 25 minutes.
  • Finally, mix in the meat, chopped into small pieces, and chopped parsley. Taste well again and then enjoy your meal.
