Fried potatoes with egg

  • Leftovers from boiled potatoes
  • 6 medium sized Or jacket potatoes
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 half Diced onion
  • 3 XL Farm eggs
  • Salt and pepper

For the cream spinach

  • 1 packet Thawed Spinach Tk
  • 1 half Zweibel
  • 0,5 cups Crème fraîche with herbs
  • Salt and pepper

  1. It should be thawed and put in a saucepan. Sweat the onion in a little oil and add to the spinach, season with salt, pepper and stir in the crème fraîche with herbs.

Fried potatoes with EGG
