Fried potatoes with egg
- Leftovers from boiled potatoes
- 6 medium sized Or jacket potatoes
- Oil for frying
- 1 half Diced onion
- 3 XL Farm eggs
- Salt and pepper
For the cream spinach
- 1 packet Thawed Spinach Tk
- 1 half Zweibel
- 0,5 cups Crème fraîche with herbs
- Salt and pepper

- It should be thawed and put in a saucepan. Sweat the onion in a little oil and add to the spinach, season with salt, pepper and stir in the crème fraîche with herbs.
Fried potatoes with EGG
- Cut the potatoes and put them in the hot fat, fry them until golden. Add the onion and toss well. Beat the eggs one by one in a cup and take the white “stuffed” out of there, then whisk the eggs well with salt and pepper and add to the fried potatoes.
