Vegetarian Soy Vegetable Pan,
The perfect vegetarian soy vegetable pan, recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Minced soy
- 8 Mushroom
- 1 small Zuccini
- 1 glass Chickpeas
- 1 Can Tomato pieces
- 100 g Lamb’S lettuce fresh
- 2 tsp Eureka spice from Herbaria
- Clean the mushrooms.
- Fry the soy mince.
- Add the finely diced zucchini. Season with 2 teaspoons of “Heureka”.
- Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and add and sizzle for about 5 minutes.
- Drain the water from the chickpeas and add them too.
- Stir in the tomato pieces and simmer over a medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with lamb’s lettuce and enjoy a little “spring”.
