Vegetarian Soy Vegetable Pan,

The perfect vegetarian soy vegetable pan, recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Minced soy
  • 8 Mushroom
  • 1 small Zuccini
  • 1 glass Chickpeas
  • 1 Can Tomato pieces
  • 100 g Lamb’S lettuce fresh
  • 2 tsp Eureka spice from Herbaria
  1. Clean the mushrooms.
  2. Fry the soy mince.
  3. Add the finely diced zucchini. Season with 2 teaspoons of “Heureka”.
  4. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and add and sizzle for about 5 minutes.
  5. Drain the water from the chickpeas and add them too.
  6. Stir in the tomato pieces and simmer over a medium heat for 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with lamb’s lettuce and enjoy a little “spring”.
