Vegetarian Soy Vegetable Pan

  • 100 g Minced soy
  • 8 Mushroom
  • 1 small Zuccini
  • 1 glass Chickpeas
  • 1 can Tomato pieces
  • 100 g Lamb's lettuce fresh
  • 2 tsp Eureka spice from Herbaria


  • Clean the mushrooms.
  • Fry the soy mince.
  • Add the finely diced zucchini. Season with 2 teaspoons of "Heureka".
  • Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and add and sizzle for about 5 minutes.
  • Drain the water from the chickpeas and add them too.
  • Stir in the tomato pieces and simmer over a medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with lamb's lettuce and enjoy a little "spring".
