The slightly sour rice:

  • 1 small cup Wild rice mix

The basic vegetable:

  • 1 size Carrot, cut into fine strips
  • 0,5 Red peppers, diced
  • 0,5 pole Leek, cut into rings
  • 0,5 small Zucchin, cut into strips

The basic spices:

  • Clear vegetable broth, powdered
  • All'Arrabbiata
  • Wild garlic, dried
  • Orange pepper
  • Lemon pepper
  • Black cumin
  • Chili oil, see m. KB

  • In a small saucepan, cook the rice in salted water in the usual way. Then drain. Use half of it later for the vegetable pan.
  • Heat the chilli oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables. Put the lid on and let it cook. When the vegetables are al dente, fold in the rice and season everything spicy. Put the lid on and sauté for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • When the cooking time is over, serve everything on a large flat plate. At this meal, only the rice has some protein. The vegetables and spices are fully basic. Tastes great! Have fun with my basic single kitchen!
