- 1 Bắp cải trắng tươi
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 100 g khối ham
- 1 Hành tây thái hạt lựu
- 1 muỗng cà phê hạt cây carum
- 1 tbsp Grated table horseradish
- Giấm
- 75 ml Nước luộc rau hoặc thịt
- Salt and pepper, chayenne pepper
- 50 ml Dầu ôliu
Hướng Dẫn
- Wash and cut the Kraufkopf and grate with the food processor. Then put in a bowl, season with salt and knead vigorously with your hands so that the juice comes out and the herb is very soft.
- Leave the ham cubes in a pan, add the onion cubes with the caraway seeds and cook with them.
- Add the horseradish, the vinegar (I use herb vinegar) and the broth and bring to the boil once. Remove from heat, season with salt, pepper and chayenne pepper and stir in the olive oil.
- Pour the hot dressing over the coleslaw, mix, season if necessary and let it steep for at least 20 minutes.
