Ingredients
- 460 g Flour
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 4 Eggs
- 360 g Butter or margarine
- 360 ml Milk
Instructions
- First put the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, salt in a bowl and mix. Add the eggs and butter and stir everything briefly. Then add the milk and stir at the highest level for about 4 minutes until creamy.
- Preheat the waffle iron, lightly grease. Pour in some batter, close the waffle iron and bake for about 2-3 minutes until the desired brown color. Repeat this process until the dough is used up.
- The waffles can be dusted with powdered sugar or served with jam, fruit, hot cherries and whipped cream.
