First put the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, salt in a bowl and mix. Add the eggs and butter and stir everything briefly. Then add the milk and stir at the highest level for about 4 minutes until creamy.
Preheat the waffle iron, lightly grease. Pour in some batter, close the waffle iron and bake for about 2-3 minutes until the desired brown color. Repeat this process until the dough is used up.
The waffles can be dusted with powdered sugar or served with jam, fruit, hot cherries and whipped cream.
