Ingredients
- 200 g Spelt flour
- 150 g Natural yoghurt
- 0,5 tsp Baking soda
- 0,5 tsp Birch sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- Cooked ham
- Grated cheese
- Oil
Instructions
- Mix the soda, sugar, salt and yoghurt. Add the flour spoon by spoon and mix everything into a smooth dough that won't stick to your hands. Divide the dough into 5-6 portions and shape into balls. One after the other, roll out the balls into thin flatbreads (approx. 2-3 millimeters). Place a slice of ham on the flatbread, sprinkle with cheese and fold up. Roll up the edges and close tightly. I pressed the edges together with a fork. Heat the oil in a pan and bake the resulting pockets one after the other in the pan until they are nicely browned. Enjoy it while still warm. Good Appetite
- You can also fill the pockets with cream cheese, salami, etc., depending on your own taste.
