Ingredients
- 300 g Turkey schnitzel
- 150 g Fresh mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 1 tsp Tandoori masala
- Seasoned salt, lemon pepper
- 1 tbsp Chili oil
- 0,5 Cucumber
- 2 Bun
Instructions
- Wash turkey escalope, pat dry and cut into strips ... Peel the onion and cut into cubes .... Clean the mushrooms with a paper towel and cut into slices .... Wash the cucumber, pat dry and slice .... Halve the rolls and place 2 halves each on a plate ...
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan .... Steam the onions until translucent .... Add the turkey strips and sprinkle with the Tandoori Masala spice ..... Fry vigorously for 2-3 minutes ..... Add the mushroom slices and another 3-4 Fry for minutes .... season with seasoned salt and lemon pepper ..... finally mix in the cucumber slices and turn them several times until they are soft .....
