Ingredients
- 0,5 piece Cucumber
- 1 piece Radish (approx. 200 g)
- 10 piece Radish
- 1 piece Red onion
- 1 piece Clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 5 tbsp Sesame oil
- Juice of a lime
- 1 tbsp Honey liquid
- 200 g Tofu
- 1 piece Egg (size M)
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
- 1 pack Uncle Ben’s Express Curry Rice
Instructions
- Peel thin strips of the cucumber and radish with a vegetable peeler. Cut the radishes into slices. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Peel and finely grate the garlic.
- Mix the garlic, soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of sesame oil, lime juice and honey into a dressing. Cut the tofu into fine strips. Cook the egg until waxy.
- Heat the remaining oil in a non-stick pan and fry the tofu vigorously for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and turn carefully.
- Mix the radish, cucumber, radishes, onions and tofu with the dressing. Heat Uncle Ben’s Express Curry Rice according to the instructions on the packet, allow to cool a little and carefully mix with the marinated vegetable salad. Top with the halved egg.
- Tip 5: If you like, you can garnish everything with a little fresh coriander.
