Wau, Noodle Sauce

The perfect wau, noodle sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Halved leek lengthways and cut
  • 200 g Grated carrots
  • 200 g Red peppers
  • 1 Teaspoon (level) Vegeta spice
  • 200 g Cream / sour cream 20% fat
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 200 g Mushrooms canned drained
  • 200 g Diced bacon
  • 300 g Pasta
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a saucepan and fry the bacon for about 2 minutes. Then add chopped leeks, grated carrots, chopped peppers and drained or fresh mushrooms. Let it stew for about 10 minutes. Then add 200 ml of water and cook for another 10 minutes. Then stir in tomato paste and bring to the boil. Turn off the stove and stir in the sour cream. Season with vegeta, pepper, marjoram and slz to your own taste. Some garlic powder is a must. Stir everything well and serve with pasta or spaghetti. If you like, you can use Prmesan. We ate lolo salad with it.
