Stepova noted that egg yolks are among the leaders in protein content. In order for it to be properly digested and contribute to weight loss, yolks should be added to casseroles – vegetables, fish, and meat.
“For a delicious casserole, you will need 300 grams of broccoli, two egg yolks, 30 grams of cottage cheese, 50 milliliters of milk, salt, and pepper. Directions: Put broccoli florets in a baking dish. Pour over the mixture of egg yolks and milk. Grate cheese on top. Season with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees,” Stepova summarized.
