There are a certain number of popular “superfoods” that help build muscle mass and maintain fat balance in the body. This is reported by the authors of the Turkish publication Sabah, citing new research.

The most effective addition to sports can be:

  • Banana. Their fruits are nutritious, but do not forget that they contain a large amount of sugar;
  • Salmon. The main “assistant” for those who improve body relief;
  • Cheese. One of the advantages of this product is its high protein content;
  • Pineapple. The authors of the article advise eating it after training, during breakfast, or between meals, as it contains the enzyme bromelain, which breaks down protein. Pineapple also reduces inflammation in the muscles after exercise;
  • Oats. This cereal is a must-have, as it is rich in fiber, protein, vitamins, and minerals;
  • Fish oil. It speeds up the metabolism;
  • Sweet potato – sweet potato. Contains vitamins A and C, as well as potassium, riboflavin, copper, pantothenic, and folic acids;
  • Almonds. are an important source of proteins and fats. Almonds contain vitamin E and have antioxidant properties.
