“Manganese helps protect bones from osteoporosis and is useful for both young and old people. It improves the absorption of elements useful for bone composition and protects the skin from damage,” Arzamasov said.

The nutritionist says that almonds are beneficial for men because of their zinc content, and they also help lower bad cholesterol. The doctor recommends eating no more than 10-15 pieces per day due to their high-calorie content. With regular exercise, the rate can be increased.
