What Raspberries Should Never be Bought – An Expert’s Answer

There are several important things to consider when choosing raspberries. Raspberries have already appeared on shelves, and they are not cheap. That’s why it’s important to choose the right berry so that you don’t regret the money you spent.

Nutritionist Olga Korablyova told us how to choose the right raspberries. First of all, she advises buying dry berries. “Raspberries that have been juiced will quickly lose their flavor. For the same reason, wash raspberries only before eating them – they don’t like moisture,” the nutritionist said.

When choosing raspberries, the aroma is important: the sweeter the raspberry, the stronger it smells. At the same time, yellow-fruited raspberries are as sweet as red berries.

Korablyova emphasized that you should not buy raspberries in a container: they should be breathable, and the surface should not be solid.
