What Will Happen to the Body if You Eat Pears all the Time – A Nutritionist’s Comment

According to the well-known nutritionist Lyudmila Mikitiuk, pears contain a lot of arbutin, a substance that has antibacterial properties. Eating at least one pear a day can significantly change the way the body works.

She emphasized that fruit contains up to 20 percent of the daily fiber requirement, which has an extremely beneficial effect on the digestive system. In addition, it is able to bind fatty acids, thereby lowering cholesterol levels.

“The pear peel is especially useful – it contains flavonoids useful for the heart and blood vessels, which reduce the fragility of capillaries, and make red blood cells more elastic,” said Mykytyuk.

She also reports that pears contain arbutin, a substance that has antibacterial properties.

“Together with the diuretic effect of the pear, thanks to a large amount of potassium, arbutin helps fight urinary tract infections,” Mykytyuk said.
