Ingredients

  • White cabbage - leftover from the cabbage rolls
  • 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pack Soup vegetables
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 2 size Potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ground caraway
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • 600 ml Beef broth with meat from frozen food
  • 1 Cup Green frozen peas
  • 1 Sausages

Instructions

  • If there are cabbage rolls, only the large outer leaves of a white cabbage are needed. The rest of the cabbage can be used to make a delicious soup ... of course caraway seeds are one of them. And this is how the soup is prepared:
  • Cut the white cabbage leftover into strips or patches and dice the soup vegetables with the potatoes. Heat the oil in a sufficiently large saucepan and sauté the white cabbage with the soup vegetables and onion in it. Add the potatoes, season with caraway seeds, pepper, salt and the ground caraway seeds and fill up with the stock.
  • Cook the stew with the lid on for about 25 minutes over a mild heat. Then add the peas, beef and the sausage cut into pieces and cook for another 5 minutes. Season to taste and serve.
