- 400 g Fresh white cabbage
- 200 g Potatoes
- 100 g Carrot
- 0,25 Fresh onion
- 1 L Broth clear
- 500 g Minced meat
- 1 Egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Water
- Oil
Instructions
- Finely cut the vegetables into strips
- Mix minced meat with egg breadcrumbs and spices and water, season to taste, shape into small meatballs and fry
- Put some oil in a saucepan and sweat the potatoes, onions and carrot strips in them, add the stock and let simmer for 10-15 minutes
- Now add the fine white cabbage and mix everything, let it boil briefly, everything should still be bite and the colors should shine nicely
- Now mix the fried meatballs into the stew, and you're done, if you want, you can also add a slice of bread to it
