White Cabbage Stew with Meatballs

  • 400 gr Fresh white cabbage
  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 100 gr Carrot
  • 0,25 St Fresh onion
  • 1 l Broth clear
  • 500 gr Minced meat
  • 1 st Egg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Water
  • Oil
  1. Finely cut the vegetables into strips
  2. Mix minced meat with egg breadcrumbs and spices and water, season to taste, shape into small meatballs and fry
  3. Put some oil in a saucepan and sweat the potatoes, onions and carrot strips in them, add the stock and let simmer for 10-15 minutes
  4. Now add the fine white cabbage and mix everything, let it boil briefly, everything should still be bite and the colors should shine nicely
  5. Now mix the fried meatballs into the stew, and you’re done, if you want, you can also add a slice of bread to it
