Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Fresh white cabbage
  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 100 g Carrot
  • 0,25 Fresh onion
  • 1 L Broth clear
  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 1 Egg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Water
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Finely cut the vegetables into strips
  • Mix minced meat with egg breadcrumbs and spices and water, season to taste, shape into small meatballs and fry
  • Put some oil in a saucepan and sweat the potatoes, onions and carrot strips in them, add the stock and let simmer for 10-15 minutes
  • Now add the fine white cabbage and mix everything, let it boil briefly, everything should still be bite and the colors should shine nicely
  • Now mix the fried meatballs into the stew, and you're done, if you want, you can also add a slice of bread to it
