Ingredients
 

  • 750 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Poppy
  • 300 g Grated carrots
  • 200 ml Milk lukewarm
  • 150 ml Lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 cube Yeast fresh
  • Poppy seeds to sprinkle

Instructions
 

  • There are 6 glasses of 750 ml each, the glasses only half fill.

  • Mix the flour, salt and poppy seeds in a bowl. Add the grated carrots.
  • Mix the milk, water, honey and yeast and add to the other ingredients. Knead everything well and let rise for 1 hour.
  • After walking, knead again. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces. Put each piece in a glass and let it rest for 15 minutes. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
