White Chocolate Coconut Yogurt

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Panel White chocolate
  • 150 g Coconut flakes
  • 1 kg Yogurt 10% fat

Instructions
 

  • Melt the chocolate in a hot water bath! Allow to cool slightly!
  • In the meantime, soak 140g coconut flakes in water. Also works without soaking! Roast the rest without fat in a pan and let cool!
  • Squeeze out the coconut flakes and mix well with the melted chocolate and yogurt! Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with roasted coconut flakes! Keep in a cool place until eaten!

Recipe idea:

  • I bought Ehrmann's yoghurt and it tasted really good! I wanted to buy it again and unfortunately the variety didn't exist! Then I got the idea to make it myself and that’s the result! Conclusion: goes fast, tastes better and there is only what belongs in it and I know and want! 😀
