White Herring Salad with Jacket Potatoes

Ingredients
 

  • 250 g 1 Delicious herring salad with beetroot, cucumber and apples
  • 500 g / 12 pieces Waxy potatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp Whole caraway seeds
  • 2 piece Lettuce leaves
  • 2 piece Vine tomatoes
  • Coarse sea salt from the mill

Instructions
 

  • Wash the potatoes, cook in salted water (1 teaspoon salt) with ground turmeric (1 teaspoon) and whole caraway (1 teaspoon) for about 20 minutes, drain and peel off. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem and cut in half. Arrange the herring salad on a lettuce leaf on 2 plates, add the jacket potatoes, season with coarse sea salt from the mill and garnish with 2 halves of vine tomatoes, serve.
