Ingredients
 

  • 6 Discs (approx. 3. 4 mm thick) white press sack approx. approx. 300 - 350 g
  • 1 Onion approx. 100 g
  • 1 Red onion approx. 50 g
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 4 tbsp Light rice vinegar
  • 3 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 3 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 2 Cucumber quarters
  • 2 Small vine tomatoes
  • 2 Stalk Maggi herb
  • 4 Discs Fresh sunflower bread

Instructions
 

  • Cut 6 slices (approx. 3–4 mm thick) from the press sack loaf with the bread machine and distribute them decoratively on 2 plates. Peel and halve the onions and cut into fine strips. Distribute the onion strips on the pressed sack slices. Mix sunflower oil (2 tbsp), light rice vinegar (4 tbsp), coarse sea salt from the mill (3 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (3 big pinches) into a marinade and spread over the onions. Allow everything to soak in for approx. 15-20. Garnish the white press sack with music with vine tomatoes, cucumber quarters and Maggi cabbage and serve with fresh sunflower bread.
