Ingredients

  • 160 g 4 slices of whole grain bread
  • 80 g 4 slices of ham jelly with mushrooms
  • 2 piece Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 90 g 1 beefsteak tomato
  • 65 g 1 pickle
  • 2 tbsp Chive rolls
  • 4 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill

Instructions

  • Cut 4 slices of wholemeal bread (slices that are not too thick) with the bread machine and distribute them on 2 plates. Boil the eggs hard, quench them, peel them off and cut into slices with an egg cutter. Wash the tomato, remove the stem and cut into slices. Quarter the pickled cucumber lengthways and cut the chives into rolls. Top the wholemeal bread decoratively with ham jelly, egg slices, tomato slices and cucumber quarters. Sprinkle the plates with chives, season with coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches per plate) and serve.
