Ingredients
- 300 g Whole wheat flour
- 2 Free range eggs
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 0,125 L Lukewarm water
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- The dough is enough for a conventional baking sheet, the dough can be rolled onto a sheet. See photos
- Make a well in the middle of the flour on a work surface, beat in the eggs and add the salt and oil and now slowly knead with your hands and only add the water in sips, the dough is ready when it no longer sticks to your hands .
- Now I put the dough in a freezer bag and put it in the fridge for several hours. Knead vigorously again before further processing
