Put the whole wheat flour in a bowl, make a well in the middle. Crumble the yeast in there, add 70 ml of the warm water and the teaspoon of sugar. Mix a little and cover and let rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes.
Then add the egg, yoghurt, oil, salt and 4 tablespoons of sesame seeds and 4 tablespoons of sunflower seeds as well as 130 ml of lukewarm water and knead everything into a smooth dough and cover again in a warm place for 45 minutes.
Then knead again well and shape into a loaf and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Make three oblique cuts with a knife. Mix the remaining seeds together.
Brush the loaf of bread with a little water and sprinkle the stone mixture over it and cover again for 40 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Then bake the bread on the middle rack for 40 minutes and don't forget to put a bowl of boiling water in the oven.
