Ingredients
- 500 g Whole wheat flour
- 1 cube Yeast
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 150 g Natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 6 tbsp Sesame
- 6 tbsp Sunflower seeds
- 200 ml Lukewarm water
Instructions
- Put the whole wheat flour in a bowl, make a well in the middle. Crumble the yeast in there, add 70 ml of the warm water and the teaspoon of sugar. Mix a little and cover and let rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes.
- Then add the egg, yoghurt, oil, salt and 4 tablespoons of sesame seeds and 4 tablespoons of sunflower seeds as well as 130 ml of lukewarm water and knead everything into a smooth dough and cover again in a warm place for 45 minutes.
- Then knead again well and shape into a loaf and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Make three oblique cuts with a knife. Mix the remaining seeds together.
- Brush the loaf of bread with a little water and sprinkle the stone mixture over it and cover again for 40 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Then bake the bread on the middle rack for 40 minutes and don't forget to put a bowl of boiling water in the oven.
