Ingredients
 

  • 116 g 4 slices of whole grain bread
  • 180 g Tartar (scraped meat fresh from the butcher)
  • 60 g 1 Onion peeled
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 0,5 tsp Medium hot mustard
  • 0,5 tsp Curry ketchup
  • 2 big pinches Sweet paprika
  • 2 big pinches Mild curry powder
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 180 g 2 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Tomato salt from ANKERKRAUTn *)
  • 2 tbsp Chive rolls

Instructions
 

Whole wheat bread with tartare and tomatoes.

  • Cut 4 slices (not too thick) of whole grain bread with the machine. Peel and halve the onion, finely dice one half and cut the other half into strips. Wash the tomatoes, cut out the stem and cut the tomatoes into slices with a sharp knife. Separate the egg. The tartar with the onion cubes, yellow, medium-hot mustard (½ teaspoon), curry ketchup (½ teaspoon), sweet paprika (2 big pinches), mild curry powder (2 big pinches), coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and colored Mix / mix the pepper from the mill (2 big pinches) with a fork and spread / spread over the 4 bread slices. Arrange the tomato slices decoratively between the bread slices and season with the tomato salt from ANKERKRAUT *) (½ teaspoon each).
