  • Ingredients for butter:
  • 250 g Butter, Flor de Sal, Aglio Olio Peperonico
  • For pesto:
  • Olive oil, fig balsamic vinegar, Flor de Sal
  • For spread:
  • 125 g Cream curd
  • 125 g Cream cheese
  • Flor de Sal

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop / puree the wild garlic with a little oil
  • Mix the wild garlic pureed for the butter with the specified ingredients
  • For the pesto, mix wild garlic with the ingredients provided, tastes great on grilled meat or just on fresh bread
  • For the spread, stir the cream quark with the cream cheese until smooth, add mineral water or cream if necessary
