Wild Garlic Feta Cream

  • 150 g Feta
  • 100 g Wild garlic
  • 2 tbsp Herbal cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Chilli flakes


  • Crumble the feta with your hands and place in a soup plate.
  • Work in the cream cheese and oil with a fork until a creamy mixture is formed.
  • Then mix in the chopped wild garlic leaves and season with chilli flakes.
  • Serve on fresh baguette or flatbread.
