- 150 g Feta
- 100 g Wild garlic
- 2 tbsp Herbal cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Chilli flakes
- Crumble the feta with your hands and place in a soup plate.
- Work in the cream cheese and oil with a fork until a creamy mixture is formed.
- Then mix in the chopped wild garlic leaves and season with chilli flakes.
- Serve on fresh baguette or flatbread.
