Wild garlic mayonnaise

  • Chives to taste
  • Wild garlic from our own garden to your taste
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 75 g Homemade cottage cheese
  • 30 ml Rapeseed oil
  • Salt, gourmet pepper to taste


  • Chop the chives & wild garlic and place in a tall container. Add egg yolks & cottage cheese. Puree with a magic wand. Then pour in rapeseed oil and put in the wand. Pull up slowly so that everything can connect. Season with salt and gourmet pepper to taste and season to taste. I served it all with asparagus.
