Ingredients
- 1 can Canned kidney beans
- 1 can Corn
- 1 handful Freshly picked wild garlic
- 2 tbsp Cream
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- Salt, pepper, Vegeta
Instructions
- Wash the leaves, pat dry and cut them into small pieces (not too small). Drain the corn and kidney beans.
- Mix the cream with sour cream, add lemon juice, add salt, half a teaspoon of Vegeta and pepper to taste.
- Put the corn and beans in a bowl, pour the dressing over them and stir.
- Add the wild garlic leaves and stir gently again.
- Taste and enjoy.
- The kitchen doesn't have to be elaborate, it has to taste good :)))
