Wild Garlic Salad

Ingredients
 

  • 1 can Canned kidney beans
  • 1 can Corn
  • 1 handful Freshly picked wild garlic
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 splash Lemon juice
  • Salt, pepper, Vegeta

Instructions
 

  • Wash the leaves, pat dry and cut them into small pieces (not too small). Drain the corn and kidney beans.
  • Mix the cream with sour cream, add lemon juice, add salt, half a teaspoon of Vegeta and pepper to taste.
  • Put the corn and beans in a bowl, pour the dressing over them and stir.
  • Add the wild garlic leaves and stir gently again.
  • Taste and enjoy.
  • The kitchen doesn't have to be elaborate, it has to taste good :)))
