Ingredients
- 4 Apples
- 3 Pears
- Juice 1 orange
- 30 g Chopped walnuts
- Some cinnamon
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- Streusel:
- 100 g Sugar
- 150 g Butter
- 200 g Flour
Instructions
- Peel the apples and pears and cut into small pieces. Pour into a baking dish and pour the juice of the orange over it. Spread the walnuts on the apples. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and the vanilla sugar. Now make the crumble from the sugar, butter and flour and spread on the fruit. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. The sprinkles should be golden yellow.
- If you want, you can serve it with vanilla ice cream or a delicious vanilla sauce.
