Pork Fillet and Vegetable Skewers

Servings: 2 people

Ingredients

  • 300 g Pork tenderloin
  • 3 Onions approx. 200 g
  • 1 Red bell pepper approx. 200 g
  • 4 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 4 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 1 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 2 Barbecue sauces
  • Baguette

Instructions

  • Clean / strip the pork fillet, wash, pat dry with kitchen paper and cut into slices. Peel the onions, cut in half and cut / assemble in wedges. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces. Thread all ingredients (pork fillet, onion and paprika) onto 4 shashlik sticks and fry them in a pan with sunflower oil (4 tablespoons) on all sides until they are golden-brown. Season with sweet soy sauce (1 teaspoon), coarse sea salt from the mill (4 big pinches) and mild curry powder (1 teaspoon). Serve pork fillet and vegetable skewers with 2 different grill sauces and baguette.
