Donut Cup Cake

- 3 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Cinnamon powder
- 1 Egg
- 1,5 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
Prepare a heat-resistant mug. First stir the dry ingredients together, then stir in the wet ingredients until it turns yellow and there are no more lumps.
Place in the microwave on a high setting for 2 minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes and eat immediately. Otherwise, the mug cake will become hard after a while. (Tip: If it didn't work, the self-raisin flour may help. You can easily make it yourself: Mix 500 g flour with 1 sachet of baking powder and a pinch of salt.
