Wash cucumber, cut in half, cut open with a spiral cutter and mix with coriander (2 tbsp), lemon juice (2 tbsp), olive oil (2 tbsp), sweet soy sauce (1 tbsp), sugar (1 tsp), and salted peanuts (3 tbsp) and divide on 2 plates. Cut the breakfast bacon into small pieces and sauté / leave out in a pan. Add the party prawns, fry on both sides and season with coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches). Wash the tomato, remove the stem and cut in half for decoration. Clean, wash and decoratively cut the radishes. Spread the prawns with a small piece of bacon on each of the two salad plates and garnish with tomato, basil leaf and radish and serve.
