Salad: Romana with Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 Mini romaine lettuce
  • 150 g Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Acacia honey
  • 1 tsp Hemp oil
  • 0,5 tsp Lemon juice
  • Seasoned Salt
  • 2 tbsp Kernel Mixture

Instructions

  • Wash the salad, spin dry and cut a little.
  • Mix the yogurt with honey, oil, lemon juice and salt.
  • Divide the salad in bowls, place the yoghurt on top and sprinkle the seeds on top.
  • SEED MIXTURE consists of: sunflower, pumpkin and pine nuts.
