Meatballs in Fiery Tomato Sauce

- 250 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 0,5 Chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- Pepper salt
- 1 toe Chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp Finely chopped parsley
tomato sauce
- 1 teel. Chakalaka spice mix
- 1 Can Peeled and diced tomatoes
- 0,5 teel. Chilli flakes or more?
- 1 teel. Rose pepper
- 0,5 Onion cut in half
- 1 corner Processed cheese herbs
- 1 tbsp Vegetable broth powder
- Some parsley
Mix the minced meat, egg and the remaining ingredients into a minced batter.
Form small dumplings (approx. 12) and fry in a little oil.
Take the dumplings out of the pan after 5 minutes and sweat the onion and garlic in a hot pan.
Add canned tomatoes and season with the spices.
Add the meatballs again and heat in the sauce for another 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley.
tastes very good with pasta, rice or just with a baguette. With a salad. My husband liked it very much.
