Stuffed Mushrooms in Noodle Nest

Ingredients

  • 400 gr Strained tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Marjoram
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 500 gr Tagliatelle
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 8 Pc. Large mushrooms
  • 1 Pc Chopped onion
  • 150 g Spinach
  • 3 tbsp Pine nut fresh
  • 100 g Parmesan

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Season the tomatoes with sugar, vinegar, marjoram, salt and pepper.
  • Form 8 noodle nests in a large greased baking dish and pour the tomato sauce over them.
  • Unscrew the mushroom stalks and distribute the mushroom heads over the 8 nests.
  • Peel and chop the onion. Cut the mushroom stalks into small cubes. Fry both in a pan with the butter. Stir in the spinach. Then put the vegetables in the mushrooms.
  • Spread the pamesan and pine nuts on the mushrooms. And season everything with pepper.
  • Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20. 25 minutes
