Apple Fritters with Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 125 g Flour
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 4 Apples
  • 1 packet Vanillin
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar, vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  • Mix the flour, sugar and salt. Whisk milk and eggs together and add, mix to a smooth batter. The consistency should be really mushy so that the dough sticks better.
  • Peel the apples, cut into 1 cm thick slices, sprinkle with vanillin.
  • Pull the apple slices through the batter and fry them in the pan while floating in hot fat. (3 min. Per side)
  • Drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar, ideally serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream per serving.
