  • 4 Lemons
  • 100 g Sugar

Instructions

  • Wash the lemons thoroughly, dry them off. Rub the shell. Dry them in the oven - I used the residual heat from baking. Leave the door a little open. Mix the bowl with sugar and store in a sealable glass.
  • Tip 2: I frozen the lemon juice in small portions. So I always have some ready.
