Pear Cake with Sour Cream Sauce

Servings: 12 people

Ingredients

For the ground:

  • 220 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 g Butter
  • 80 g Sugar

Covering:

  • 1,5 Large cans of pear halves
  • 400 g Sour cream
  • 1 packet Pudding powder for cooking; Cream or vanilla
  • 1 Egg
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 packet Cheesecake Help from Dr. Oe ... r.
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 1 Small cup of milk

Aside from that:

  • Parchment paper

Instructions

Preparation:

  • Let the pears drain well. Line the bottom of the springform pan with parchment paper. Knead the dough ingredients into a dough with your hands, shape into a ball and refrigerate for half an hour. Then roll out in the form and pull up a small edge.

Complete:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Spread the pears on the cake base. Mix the sour cream, cream, egg, sugar, pudding powder, milk and cheesecake aid until smooth. Spread on the pears and smooth out. Bake in the hot oven for about 40 minutes. Take out and let cool down well.
