Pear Cake with Sour Cream Sauce

For the ground:
- 220 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Egg
- 100 g Butter
- 80 g Sugar
Covering:
- 1,5 Large cans of pear halves
- 400 g Sour cream
- 1 packet Pudding powder for cooking; Cream or vanilla
- 1 Egg
- 200 g Whipped cream
- 1 packet Cheesecake Help from Dr. Oe ... r.
- 80 g Sugar
- 1 Small cup of milk
Complete:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Spread the pears on the cake base. Mix the sour cream, cream, egg, sugar, pudding powder, milk and cheesecake aid until smooth. Spread on the pears and smooth out. Bake in the hot oven for about 40 minutes. Take out and let cool down well.
