Pasta with Smoked Pork and Cream Sauce

- 400 g Pasta
- 250 g Smoked pork roast
- 1 Onion
- 500 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Instant vegetable broth
- 200 ml Cream
- Light sauce thickener
- Pepper
- Grated Parmesan or grated Emmental
Pour in the water, add the stock and stir in, bring to the boil. Then add the cream, simmer and, if necessary, bind with a light sauce thickener.
